Welcome to Cilla Boreham

We can now announce that Cilla Boreham has joined us as a new guardian of purpose (you may know that as a 'director').

Published: November 30, 2018

We’re very pleased to have Cilla Boreham start as an independent director of Impact Funds Management (IFM), which holds the fiduciary responsibility for our trusts and funds.

Cilla is an experienced legal, risk and compliance professional, having worked initially in a major legal practice, and subsequently for over 15 years in in-house legal, compliance and risk related roles with Goldman Sachs JB Were and then JB Were (after its acquisition by National Australia Bank Limited in 2009).

In addition to managing the legal and risk functions at JB Were, Cilla was a member of the JB Were Executive Team which was responsible for the day to day management of the firm. She has been actively involved in most of the significant regulatory changes in the financial services industry over the last 15 years, as well as playing critical roles in relation to a number of key internal strategic initiatives.

We’re thrilled to have her as one of our key guardians of purpose. On the IFM board she joins;
IFM’s Chair, Chris Nunn, who is the Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Redbubble Limited. LinkedIn
IFM Director Francie Doolan, the CFO of Small Giants, and formerly the CFO of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
IFM Executive Director, Paul Belcher, the CFO of Impact Investment Group.
