Asset Manager Real Estate
Erika joined IIG in September 2018 as an Asset Manager. She has more than 20 years experience in the property industry.
Erika held various positions over 11 years at Australian Unity Investments in the Retail, Diversified and Healthcare Funds. She has also worked in the capacity of Asset Manager for Investa, Colonial First State and Overland Developments.
At IIG, Erika forms part of the team that is responsible for the asset management of our real estate portfolio, and brings strong management, leasing and operational expertise to the role.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Management ) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the RMIT. She is also a fully licensed Real Estate Agent.
