Callum Evans

Senior Development Manager

Callum Evans’ role is to oversee the development of IIG’s real estate assets, with a focus on the Younghusband project in Kensington, Victoria.

Prior to joining IIG, Callum spent 18 months as a development manager at Hamton, a residential property development group. He worked on the $2 billion, 20-year mixed-use urban renewal project at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne.

Before Hampton, Callum spent 8 years with Frasers Property Australia, gaining experience across land, medium density and apartment projects, including acquisitions. In his most recent role at Frasers as Development Manager he was responsible for the planning, management and delivery of Parkside, Parkville: a 1,500-dwelling, $450 million development, including low-rise built form and high-density apartments.

Callum Evans has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management) from RMIT University.
