Romy joined IIG in 2013. Romy provides strategic advice on a wide range of legal issues, including transactions, investment syndicates, corporate governance, and Corporations Law obligations. Prior to joining IIG, Romy was a Consultant at the Small Giants family office. She began her career at Arnold Bloch Leibler as a solicitor in the commercial dispute resolution team and was admitted to practice in 2012 as an Australian legal practitioner. She has worked in human rights law for Indigenous communities both in Victoria and the Northern Territory. Romy has held a range of roles in non-profit organisations in Melbourne and is currently is on the board of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce Young Business Forum. Romy is the founder of the Australian Impact Law Forum.
