Social intention: The building’s anchor tenant, the Environmental Protection Authority, occupies four levels of the building. In May 2014, the Impact Investment Group leased the vacant top two levels of the building to Trinity College, University of Melbourne. Trinity College has leased the space for its Australian Foundation Studies Program, which provides a bridging year for international students and enables them to access academic studies at the University of Melbourne.
