Chief Executive Officer

Chris brings his broad experience as a funds manager to leading the Impact Investment Group, which he co-founded in 2013 with Daniel Almagor and Berry Liberman. Chris is responsible for overseeing IIG’s activities, originating transactions, establishing the Group’s strategy and managing key capital and investor relationships.

Chris has 10 years’ experience in the funds management and commercial real estate industries. Prior to establishing IIG, Chris worked in various roles including as a fund manager in both the listed and unlisted property funds management sector. Chris was an Executive Officer for the Rabinov family and was involved in investment analysis, fund modelling and the structuring of transactions for both their listed and privately held portfolios. He has also held the position of Fund Manager for the $240 million portfolio at ANZ Rabinov Property Trust and was responsible for a $500 million portfolio of healthcare and childcare assets at a large Australian property funds manager.

Chris’ most recent position prior to founding IIG was as a Director of Gibraltar Property Consultants where he originated transactions and led equity and debt-raising activities.

Chris has a Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) RMIT University and a Masters of Applied Finance from Melbourne University.
